An Example App Layout

Like any OS, there is a Framework for building apps so that they look the same across the system. You can have a main menu which can be on screen or pop-up (set by the user) and a unique sub menu design which maximise space on the screen but gives a lot of options to the software developer. The side bar buttons can be set to do all sorts of different tasks, from running a script, opening a pop over slide window to a window that opens alongside the main one.
